fristende \u00e5 ta p\u00e5 seg joggeskoa og l\u00f8pe en tur i sola. L\u00f8ping er en veldig fin treningsform som er effektiv og enkel \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Jeg (Sara) har aldri v\u00e6rt en typisk l\u00f8per. Jeg er tung og liker meg derfor bedre ved styrkeapparatene. De gangene jeg fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 l\u00f8pe gikk jeg altfor hardt ut, hadde blodsmak i munnen og fikk hold etter 100 meter. Hele l\u00f8peturen var en kamp og jeg HATET det og kunne ikke fatte hvordan noen kunne synes det var givende. Spesielt ikke kommentarer som &laquo;det er s\u00e5 deilig \u00e5 v\u00e6re ute i naturen&raquo;. Hva da &laquo;naturen&raquo;? Jeg hadde nok med \u00e5 overleve l\u00f8peturen og det siste jeg fikk med meg var omgivelsene..\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>I 2019 bestemte jeg og noen venninner oss for at vi skulle bli en av de som likte \u00e5 l\u00f8pe. Vi startet opp med 5-10 minutter med rolig jogg (snakketempo eller sone 2-3) og vi \u00f8kte tiden med ca 5 minutter for hver \u00f8kt. I starten var det vanskelig \u00e5 ikke l\u00f8pe for fort, men vi fikk etterhvert kontroll p\u00e5 pusten og intensiteten. I l\u00f8pet av v\u00e5ren gikk vi fra \u00e5 l\u00f8pe 5-10 min til \u00e5 l\u00f8pe rundt 60+ minutter (den s\u00e5kalte mila) og vi kunne faktisk dra ut p\u00e5 en &laquo;joggetur&raquo; p\u00e5 eget initiativ samtidig som vi faktisk n\u00f8t omgivelsene.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Selv om det er mange positive fordeler med l\u00f8ping s\u00e5 er det ogs\u00e5 en veldig belastende treningsform. Den vanligste formen for skader n\u00e5r man l\u00f8per er belastningsskader. Utfordringen med belastningsskader er at de ikke kommer med en gang og det blir da vanskelig \u00e5 vite om man belaster for mye i starten. Derfor har vi laget en opptrappingsplan over 10 uker hvor du enten kan gjennomf\u00f8re \u00f8ktene som intervaller eller kontinuerlig arbeid. Vi anbefaler maks to l\u00f8pe\u00f8kter i uka med minst 48 timers mellom hver l\u00f8pe\u00f8kt.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">I startfasen anbefaler vi at du inkluderer l\u00f8pe\u00f8kten sammen med enten en styrke\u00f8kt eller en annen utholdenhets\u00f8kt. Dette for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 at du f\u00e5r overtenning og l\u00f8per mer enn hva som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 planen. Eksempel: Dersom du g\u00e5r tur i skogen s\u00e5 kan du legge inn intervallene i l\u00f8pet av turen din.\u00a0<\/p><div>Fungerer ikke l\u00f8ping for deg for du enten ikke har lyst til \u00e5 like det eller fordi du har skader som forhindrer deg, \u00f8nsker vi at du skal sette deg et m\u00e5l om \u00e5 \u00f8ke utholdenhetstreningen din. Det kan v\u00e6re \u00e5 g\u00e5 noen korte turer i l\u00f8pet av uken, bli med p\u00e5 en spinningtime eller en annen utholdenhetstime. Du kan selvf\u00f8lgelig gjennomf\u00f8re intervallene p\u00e5 andre apparater som ellipse, romaskin, stakemaskin, sykkel eller stairmaster.\u00a0<\/div><p>LYKKE
