Dersom du bruker 30 sekunder p\u00e5 10 kneb\u00f8y har du 2 minutter pause f\u00f8r du skal starte neste sett. N\u00e5r klokken piper for andre gang starter du med 10 nye repetisjoner. Dette er ogs\u00e5 en fin metode \u00e5 bruke for deg som synes det er vanskelig \u00e5 ha lange nok pauser. Ved at du velger en tid for hvor lang tid du skal ha mellom hvert sett, blir du &laquo;tvunget&raquo; til \u00e5 vente til det piper f\u00f8r du kan starte p\u00e5 nytt.
